Something I once learned from [Joshua Blankenship](https://twitter.com/blankenship/) was the idea that if you work with your head, you should rest with your hands.
For me, I love woodworking.
It’s so great to have “rest” projects that don’t involve a computer screen, a desk chair, and a task-management app.
We have these never-ending to-do lists. Like Hydra, when you cross one thing off, two more rise to take its place.
There’s something wonderful about having a project that has a completion to it.
Because there’s a difference between being done for the day and being “done” done with a project. It’s not “done for now”, but rather it’s just done.
