Long-time listeners of the show will know just how much I love the “purity” of the “art” of charcoal. Well, I’ve decided to give my grill away because, honestly, I haven’t used it in nearly two years — ever since I bought a gas grill.
In short, there are times in life where convenience and simplicity trump out over quality. (If this weren’t true, then McDonald’s wouldn’t have a business model.)
For those of us who value quality above all else, it sometimes takes a bit of courage to be pragmatic and accepting of the more simple option.
