Here’s a clever trick for if you’re trying to incorporate a new habit or routine into your day-to-day life: anchor it.
For me, I’ve begun taking Vitamin D on a daily basis. Except that I will forget to take it for weeks or months at a time. So, I put the bottle of my vitamin D pills right next to my coffee making gear.
Now, every morning when I am making my coffee, my Vitamin D is right there in front of me. You could say it’s been “anchored” to another routine.
